This agreement, between coach Ine-Wilme Coetzee and the above-named client, will come into effect on the date of purchase and will continue for 8 weeks as stipulated in the offer details shared with the client. The amount for the pay in full option is $997 and is required upon registration. 

Failure to pay will result in pausing or revoking the program details. If failure to settle the amounts due persist the coach may opt to terminate this agreement without any notice or consequences.

Client Responsibilities

Please note that results always vary. Strong results depend on your input and participation. The client is expected to attend all the sessions fully (or watch the recording of each training). The client is also expected to complete the tasks shared by the coach after each session. Some of these tasks may be time-sensitive and the client is therefore expected to complete them within the timescales required.

  1. Eligibility for Refund:

    • To qualify for a refund, you must request a refund in writing within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase by emailing [email protected]
    • You must provide proof that you have engaged with the program/materials in good faith, including completed assignments, attended all live sessions & proof of implemented strategies.

  2. Refund Process:

    • Once your request is received, we will review your submission and confirm eligibility within 7 business days.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.

  3. Exclusions & Limitations:

    • Refunds do not apply to non-refundable items such as a private coaching session, services already rendered, or payment plans where services have been provided upfront.
    • If you received any bonus materials, gifts, or exclusive resources, access may be revoked or adjusted upon refund approval.

  4. Modifications & Discretion:

    • We reserve the right to decline a refund request if we determine that the guarantee policy is being misused or abused.
    • This policy is subject to change at our discretion, and any updates will be communicated in writing.

Privacy and Copyright

All materials presented by the coach in PDF, video or another digital format, cannot be shared or repurposed with any other coach, friend, colleague, or family member. They are for the sole use of the client attending the sessions.

Recording Permission

The client agrees that all calls will be recorded and portions may be repurposed for marketing purposes. This includes testimonials from screenshots. All will be kept anonymous.
