I'm never going to give you something too difficult for you to do, and I'm never going to ask you to cross a boundary you've set because of your values, like sacrificing time with your family. Your values come first. And here's what happens next: when you work in your genius zone, your energy and your courage increase right along with it. The things that used to scare you will start to feel like the norm, because your identity will have shifted underneath you.

We'd prorate their start date, and begin with the same visionary work we did together at the start: their genius zone, their desires, their dream outcome, and their frustrations, so they feel just as convicted as you did before joining. From there, we'd combine your cycles going forward, with your pricing adjusted for semi-private coaching based on how many calls you're doing together.

Nine months works out to exactly four cycles of the 63-day habit cycle, the amount of time it actually takes to build a new mindset. It's not arbitrary. It's designed around how long belief and behavior change actually take to stick.

You'll have one weekly 1:1 coaching call, weekday access to me in Slack, and a weekly group coaching call whenever there's a group to gather (I keep my capacity intentionally small, because I value family first). We'll set up your schedule so you're working in smart focus blocks, anywhere from one hour a day up to four. Using the signature energy schedule, you'll find yourself working only 20% of the time, once you're focused during your top energy hours instead of by the clock.
