“How often are you posting?”

And I realized something that honestly shocked me.

In four years of business, I had created less than 100 pieces of content.

Not because I didn’t have ideas.

I had thousands.

Notes. Voice memos. Half-written captions.

• Instagram content 3–10x per week (on purpose, not out of guilt)

(all while raising a toddler, having my second son, running a 10 person household and no consistent childcare!)

Not because I became more disciplined.

Because I built a system that works with my brain—not against it.
